Band: The band was supposed to play next Monday at team hui but then Emily (our drum player) informed us that she is flying over seas that day so were were stuck but then we showed active thinking by thinking up a great idea so tomorrow at morning tea we are going to film song and show the video instead.

On Wednesday day the choir is going to Shirley High School to practice out songs for the music festival I am so excited The whole choir is showing to be goal focused as we are all focused on the goal of doing our best at the music festival.

30/3/17 Today after school me and Savanah went around all the classrooms to collect pozis as a part of our weekly duty as house points co-ordinators. Me and savanah have a system in place where we go to the class rooms in order so we don't disturb any important lessons. First we go to two of the year 6 classes the year 5 then 4,3,2,1 reception then the other year 6 class class. I think me and Savanah are doing really well at our duty we get it done quicker each time.  Me and savanah show active thinking and community by activly thinking our way aound the classroomes and showing community by helping the comunity of oaklands school by not interupting the important lessons, I also showed Integrity by being honest and fair to all houses and giveing them all a chance to win.

Key leadership-Pozis at cross country-Excellence blog post #3

12/5/17 On Monday we went down to cross country at Westlake Park. Me and Savannah decided we would take down 4 different coloured buckets to represent each of the houses because all of the people showing great effort would get a pozi and put it in there house colour bucket. When we got down there I handed out handfuls of pozis to all the teachers. Me and Savannah had to keep an eye on the bucketts and every now and then when Savannah was watching the buckets I went to cheer on some of the other people in the races. I think I showed community by helping out at Westlake Park which is part of our community, I showed trust worthy because I was able to be trusted with handing out pozis to people.
