On Monday Mr Muller asked who would like to volunteer to host the kauri assembly and I decided to volunteer. at morning tea everyone got there part mine was about the waiata  I personally think I did really well and I was confident. I showed community by contributing to the community in an assembly.
Also on Friday Mr Ladbrook split the buddy group in half one half took a lesson and the other planed I was in the planing half. Our focus was to teach the buddies games with no or little equipment Jacinta was my buddy and we decided to chose sneak up granny as our game. I showed Active thinking by getting the work done on time and thinking about things like what games with the buddies understand and what games will the buddies enjoy.

30/3/17 Today after school me and Savanah went around all the classrooms to collect pozis as a part of our weekly duty as house points co-ordinators. Me and savanah have a system in place where we go to the class rooms in order so we don't disturb any important lessons. First we go to two of the year 6 classes the year 5 then 4,3,2,1 reception then the other year 6 class class. I think me and Savanah are doing really well at our duty we get it done quicker each time.  Me and savanah show active thinking and community by activly thinking our way aound the classroomes and showing community by helping the comunity of oaklands school by not interupting the important lessons, I also showed Integrity by being honest and fair to all houses and giveing them all a chance to win.

Key leadership-Pozis at cross country-Excellence blog post #3

12/5/17 On Monday we went down to cross country at Westlake Park. Me and Savannah decided we would take down 4 different coloured buckets to represent each of the houses because all of the people showing great effort would get a pozi and put it in there house colour bucket. When we got down there I handed out handfuls of pozis to all the teachers. Me and Savannah had to keep an eye on the bucketts and every now and then when Savannah was watching the buckets I went to cheer on some of the other people in the races. I think I showed community by helping out at Westlake Park which is part of our community, I showed trust worthy because I was able to be trusted with handing out pozis to people.
